Graduated as top student in Teaching at University of Hull and achieved 100% pass rate for GCSE students whilst still training. He was given leadership of Literacy and ICT in second year of teaching. He was made member of school senior leadership in third teaching year. Mr Gareth Baterip was also Graded as outstanding by Her Majesty’s Inspectorate, Graded ONE (Outstanding) by Office For Standards in Education. He was made head of specialist Early Years Unit which was awarded Centre of Excellence Status in June 2012.
In the ongoing endeavours towards excellence in teaching Mr. Gareth is all set towards successfully completed Masters level qualification in Senior Leadership this year. He has played a role in writing a new teacher training course at Universities in England.
