Nadene has over 18 years’ experience of working within the education sector both within the UK and internationally. As an Assistant Head teacher responsible for Teaching, Learning and Training across two federated high schools in South Wales, she led on professional development and learning for teachers. Nadene was later invited to take up the role as Head of Teaching & Learning for the Commonwealth Education Trust which involved working with Ministries of Education across the Commonwealth. Nadene currently holds a role at the University of Wales Trinity St David as Lecturer in Professional Studies supporting the delivery of the Additional Graduate Teacher Training Programme (Teach First) and is completing her certification as an Associate Coach with the International Coach Federation.
