Rupam Sah

Founder, Edu Lead International

Ms. Rupam Sah is a distinguished education leader with over 30 years of experience in teaching, school leadership, and educator development. She holds a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Bombay and the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers. She is a certified Programme Leader for the Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and Learning and the Cambridge International Certificate in Educational Leadership.

A former School Principal with nine years of leadership experience, she has trained more than 25,000 teachers and 3,000 school leaders across India as a CBSE-certified Resource Person, specialising in leadership development, pedagogy, and school improvement.

Her professional qualifications include certifications from IIM Ahmedabad in Effective & Strategic Leadership, QMI as an Authorised Internal Auditor, iDiscoveri in Effective Leadership, Teachers' Foundation in Quality Circle Time, and Dr. Branton Shearer in Multiple Intelligences. She is also a certified Art of Living teacher and has been conferred the title Jyotish Visharad by the Indian Council of Astrological Sciences.

Ms. Sah has received several prestigious honours, including the National Women's Excellency Award and the Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Award, in recognition of her contribution to education.
