About the Programme
Edu Lead International offers CPD in both online and onsite formats. Both pathways are designed to strengthen teaching practice through training sessions, assessment, reflection, and practical classroom application.
Schools can choose the format that best fits their schedule, staff size, and preferred level of classroom observation and support.
30 hours through 20 online sessions of 1.5 hours each, with assignments and optional class-recording observation.
Six full-day school training sessions, demonstrations, assessments, and lesson observations for a minimum batch of 40 teachers.

Our CPD programme can be tailored to meet your school's unique needs, staff priorities, and professional development goals.
20 online interactive sessions covering innovative teaching strategies, competency based assessment, differentiated instruction, metacognition, AI and tech tools, lesson planning, relationship management, and reflective practice.
Teachers complete assignments during the training. These are assessed by Edu Lead experts and a report card is issued on the basis of their work.
The school provides class recordings to the Programme Leader. Edu Lead experts observe the lessons and conduct online post-observation discussions with individual teachers.
Six full-day sessions delivered at the school in two phases, focused on practical teaching strategies, assessment, lesson planning, technology use, relationship management, and reflective practice.
Edu Lead experts conduct planned student sessions that teachers observe as live demonstrations of effective classroom practice.
Teachers complete assignments during the programme. These are reviewed by Edu Lead experts and used to issue a report card.
Each teacher is observed for a full period, followed by a post-observation discussion and practical feed-forward from Edu Lead experts.

Schools can use the online format for structured remote development or the onsite format for deeper classroom demonstration and observation support.
Assessment and Report Cards
